for the past few days, it was a very sad and melancholy days and i could not help but shed tears for being idle, ineffective and i hate it.... am so angry that the best i can is shed tears and unable to cry out loud

i do hope that in the next few days ahead, things will be different with lots of leeway to improve

with gino finally finishing his studies, its hoped that he can help the family

felt bad, an act i did was not appreciated at all

will no longer communicate with all pal people assocaited with mommy glads,,,,,no more specially on facbook... i intend to remove them from my facebook account

am so disappointed that acts are not appreciated

just felt bad today, very bad. my daughter whom i loved very dearly has become a monster.... she has turned against papa para bang walang kwentang papa, siguro nga dapat ng magdisappear.

today is 17 april 2009 and it is very hot and humid day

had replaced tires and had it alligned and had camber adjustment to stop the wiggle and shaking of the car

spent php 4000 all in all

congratulated mama for a job well done in having the iet with ua

today, april 8, 2009 is another hot and humid day. did my usual walk.

waiting for mommy gladys to come home and gino too to start the 4th day novena for mommy cora.

nothing much for the day except the kids are no longer nice to their papa.... lagi na lang akong inaaway.... siguro makulit na ako pero they should be the one to understand d ba..... ewan nagtatampo na ako and maybe one of these days magevaporate na lang ako... gusto ko ng sumama sa mommy and daddy ko as well as kay mommy lina ... frustrating, kids no longer respects me.... naka angil na pag nagsalita ka....d na nagpapaalam, kingdi pinapaalam na lang na aalis o may pupuntahan,,,,,, d na maganda.....just disappointing

today is april 6, 2009 and we are on the second day of novena for mommy cora.  friends of gino were on hand to pray for the soul of mommy cora.

we rested for the day and did nothing much..........

we also celebrate palm sunday today to greet and cheer the lord jesus christ 

also today, 05 april 2009, we interred the mortal remains of our mommy cora at himlayan pilipino to join our daddy and our lord in heaven.  mommy cora passed away 01 april 2009 at about 2020H at paranaque medical center after which mommy cora's mortal remains were transferred to loyola sucat mortuary.

tita laura, mike and family, gabby salcedo, jojo salcedo, andarnie ferrer were on hand to help us in our first hour of bearevement and certaily words were not enough to thank them in their big little way to ease our pain over the losss of mommy cora. they were there to comfort us in all aspects both financially, enotinally as well as spiritually.   

we waited an waited for a long time for loyola to process the remains of mommy and decied that all must go home to rest and prepare ourselves for 4 days of wake. gussie for his share stayed at the chapel, rest while waiting for the remains of mommy cora 

according to gussie, the remains of mommy cora were brought to the chapel at 0500H/02 aoril 2009.  

we went back at the chapel to replace gussie for the other chores after securing all necessary logistics in preparation for the wake and finacial support were enough ti sustain it

mama gladys took care of everything up to the coordination of the interment at himlayan pilipino after securing the death certificate for processing.  practically they took the whole day doing so

this started accepting condolences from friends, relatives and this took the remnaing days of mommy cora till today.

our family, guy, gladys, gino, gayle and gussie are expresing our sincerest gratitude to all who helped us in all aspects helping us to make things easy for us during our hour of bereavemnt

words are not enough but thank you very much , and we could not ask for more

april 1, 2009, mommy cora is not looking good... she is very very weak and no longer takes food .... we will keep you posted for developments

march 26, 2009 - worked/settled on the back accounts of gussie with mapua however we were not able to get the transfer documents as we have to get  the 137a from upsouth before mapua can release the documents needed for gussie to enroll at iacademy.

we are scheduled to do so tomorrow get the form137a from upsouth

march 30 is fast approaching and iys gussies birthday......happy birthday my youngest son

today, 22 march 2009, is another hot day at 33 degrees celsius and roughly about 60 to 70 % humidity rate and advising all to cool down as it is hot and humid day and this will go through the next 3 to 4 days.

although it is 33 degrees celsius, it feels like it is 39 degrees.  puedeng magprito ng itlog.

tocool down myself, i played with the hose by watering the lawn and used up a lot of waer to do so.   patay tayo dyan laki ng babayaran sa maynilad......

had inihaw na liempo for lunch and beefsteak for dinner....the kids are all out

temperature in manila today is 33 degrees celsius....... its quite hot and feels like 39 degrees celsius. stay cool

nothing much for today and msot of the time stayed inside the room where its bit cooler

waiting for mama to come home........ miss her na, wala ng baby akap......but mypupay is home yehey ....... our 2 sons are both out gino in tagaytay gussie whereever????? sabi nya manila memorial park to skate board

it good to be connected again after a week of being down and out due to technical glitches

gayle called to say that they had a flat tire and they are doing something about it

we had ma mon luk for lunch with gayle and it was fun taking the bus in going home kaya lang ang haba ng biyahe, more than 2 hours

today is wednesday, 11 march 2009.   gayle made sukiyaki.... ok lang puede na...... discovered that gmc305 may tama fender front reight side doon sa dating may tama.   noby wants to admit eh sabi ko sila na ang bahala. d ko yun pagagawa.....pag ako ang nagpagawa, d na nila mahihiram ang car sorry na lang mag trike or commute na lang sila

today, 09 march 2009, at about 1500h, i went for a long walk all the way to the church, allied bank, market an back to the house.  it was breezy ang the sun was up and about, otherwise it was a nice walk

took elizalde st. to resurrection church, then allied bank, to the market and went back home via aguirre all the way.  sarap

bought pandesal in pugon and enjoying hot pandesal with butter and coffee.. simple fare pero rapsa......................................................

plans to go to u.s of a is being initiated by my wife this april hopefully to tag along with judy m in washington d.c. then go to butch in chicago then to joyce in san diego.   from there maybe can pay a visit to malou salcedo in maryland before going home to the philippines.  if time permits, can even pay visit to auntie pat and auntie claire in eaglerock, ca and jun lagrimas too

walk

am on my second day of walking and this time i walked all the way to presentation of jesus parish.  it was quite a long walk in the afternoon but it was breezy that i did not feel the afternoon sun.  yesterday i walked all the way to phase 1 all the way to ruins and it was just the same that it was breezy that the afternoon sun was not at all a factor.  

it brings to me a different perspective and views of the houses and business establishments inside bf homes.  

will continue to do the exercises as the saying goes: take it easy

complaint on maynilad water

have checked he website of maynilad and among other things i was looking for their contact number to complain against their billing and accordingly, the number to call was 1626 and this number is 24/7 contact center..but when dialled, this number is not in service and sinayan lang ang time ko sa pagdial ng number na yun.  i tried doing it several times to no avail.  it was of no help t all.  

i emailed my complaint @customer service of maynilad and waiting for reply.

service seems to be poor, but left with no choice as they are the only ones providing water to bf homes.

sorry ka na lang dahil wala kang choice.

my life @ philippine airlines

august 1, 1974 was the date i started wit philippine airlines as a regular employee on probation after being on a contractual basis since may 1974.

from thereon, i have to work my way up till i was a manager and this did not happen overnight as i have to hurdle a lot of challenges to become one

1997 was the date i retired from pal after 23 years of service.  THERE IS LIFE AFTER PAL AFTER ALL.
